Applications and collaborations
Careers and collaboration links open your email app. Information you choose to send to info@nadaf.fr, such as your name, experience, area and optional CV, is used to review your enquiry and communicate with you. The site does not receive application files, create candidate accounts or confirm that your email was sent.
Your data and how it is used
The required quote fields allow Pylade to reply: name, email, town, requested services and a description of your needs. Your phone number and additional details are optional. Without the required information, your request cannot be processed. Do not include access codes or sensitive information in the form.
Why this information is processed
Preparing your quote and responding to your request are based on pre-contractual steps taken at your initiative. Form security is based on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. Optional statistics and advertising measurement rely on your consent. Your request does not subscribe you to an advertising list.
Recipients and providers
Authorised people at Pylade receive your request. Vercel hosts the website; Resend sends emails to info@nadaf.fr. Our email service retains exchanges needed for follow-up. The website creates no enquiry database or customer account. Downloaded copies remain on your device.
Retention
Exchanges are kept for the time needed to process your request and follow it up. Once it is closed, data no longer needed must be deleted, except where retention is legally required or necessary to defend a right. If a contract is concluded, relevant documents are subject to the retention periods applicable to that relationship. Pylade must manage its emails accordingly; the website does not automatically delete them.
Hosting and transfers
Vercel, Resend and Google are US providers. Depending on their infrastructure and subcontractors, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Their data protection documents explain the applicable contractual safeguards and transfers.
Statistics, advertising measurement and privacy choices
After you accept, Vercel Web Analytics measures visits and Google Ads receives an event only when a quote request is sent through the website. Pylade sends these tools no name, email, phone number, town or form content. Query parameters and fragments are removed from URLs sent to Vercel Analytics. Google Ads may use its own identifiers to attribute a conversion to an advert; advertising personalisation and user data remain disabled in our configuration. You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. Withdrawal applies to future measurement. After withdrawal, new quote-request events are blocked and advertising storage is denied. If the Google tag has already loaded, it may still send technical signals without cookies.
Remembering your choice
Your choice is stored in your browser for up to six months solely to respect your preference. If storage is blocked, the choice applies to the current page. Without acceptance, statistics remain disabled. Essential website functions and quote requests remain available.
Your rights
Depending on your situation, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send your request to info@nadaf.fr. You must receive a reply within one month unless a legally permitted extension applies. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL.
External services
Google Maps and WhatsApp links open external services subject to their own terms. They are not loaded as embedded maps or modules on this website. Fonts and images are hosted with the website.
