A household programme for each stage of your stay
For a stay, separate the times that need someone on site from tasks that can be prepared before your arrival. A key handover, a meal and room preparation do not necessarily follow the same schedule. Pylade assesses their coordination with cleaning or a chauffeur; each assignment and service provider must be confirmed.

What is the difference between a butler and a housekeeper?
A butler may handle guest reception and household service; a housekeeper may handle room preparation, linen and housekeeping routines. The exact tasks and person providing the service are defined in the quote according to your needs.
Can I arrange support during my stay?
Share the dates, hours, number of residents and expected tasks. Support during a stay or regular visits is assessed according to availability, with the scope and hours confirmed before the service.
