A walk or a home visit?

A dog walk meets the need for an outing; a home visit may cover water, food and company according to your instructions. The choice depends on your absence and the animal’s habits. A cat, a dog used to short walks and several pets in one home do not need the same arrangements: each situation is assessed before confirmation.

Help maintain familiar routines

For an initial enquiry, explain what helps your pet keep its routine: meals, permitted areas, how to approach it and usual walks. Distinguish an everyday instruction from a particular need requiring other care. Also agree on updates after the visit and whom to contact if a difficulty is noticed, without including medical treatment in this service.
