For concierge services and bookings, the quote separates research and coordination fees from purchases and third-party services. Terms, fees and each expense are approved before any commitment.

Before arranging the visit.
Your quote should specify the tasks, their frequency, the price and visit arrangements. Remember to mention the floor, parking and how keys will be handed over.
If you would like linen, supplies, equipment or an additional task, mention it in your first request so we can assess it.
Questions before your quote.
- Can I get a price from the floor area alone?
- Floor area is a starting point. Room condition, tasks and access also matter. An accurate description helps us allow enough time for the visit.
- Does my request commit me to anything?
- No. The form prepares a request, without booking or payment. The scope, price and time slot must then be confirmed.
- Is additional cleaning automatically included?
- No. Regular cleaning does not necessarily include windows, rugs or sofas. List each service you need so it can be included in the quote.
- How can I change an agreed date?
- Contact us with the appointment details and possible new dates. Changes depend on the schedule and the terms agreed with you.
