Visits follow the owner’s instructions and building rules. An authorised contact and task list are agreed before the visit. Personal concierge services adapt to your home and schedule without requiring a full package. Your address, absence dates and stay schedule are not published on the website.
Prepare your arrival in the residence
Specify the parts to be cleaned, the linen to be prepared and your arrival time. For unoccupied accommodation, indicate who will hand over keys and instructions for the equipment. We set a task list with you before confirming the passage.
Coordinate access with discretion
For your address in Monte-Carlo, La Condamine, Fontvieille or in another area, send the terms of access to the building: reception or guard, floor, elevator and authorized parking. Also report the time ranges and discretion requirements imposed by the residence in order to prepare a passage in accordance with its operation.
One or more visits
You can ask for a preparation before a stay, a cleaning during your presence or several passages agreed in advance. Frequency, access and travel conditions from the Nice area are specified in the estimate. No slots are reserved by sending the form.
Concierge packages in Monaco: how is your programme defined?
For a package request, specify the recurring tasks, number of visits and preferred dates: regular cleaning, preparation before arrival or a combination of services. Pylade prepares a quote for that programme rather than a standard package with a published price. Floor area, linen, access, parking and travel are taken into account. The quote sets out the selected services and their frequency; any addition is agreed before it is carried out. You can also request a single visit.
Encrypt the preparation of your apartment
To make the estimate, indicate the surface area, number of rooms and bathrooms, duration of occupancy and desired tasks. Distinguish the household from special needs, such as windows or textiles. Specify whether clean linen and consumables are already on site. These elements, together with access and travel, define the perimeter and rate.
Organize instructions in your absence
Identify a contactable person and specify how to report an access difficulty or unforeseen need. Indicate accessible parts and equipment that require special instructions. Any purchase, additional intervention or modification of the programme must be agreed; the technical rehabilitation of equipment is not part of a simple housekeeping operation.
